I’ve been training with Will for more than six months now. 1 or 2 boxing sessions on the mitts a week. Blood, sweat and tears is the best way to describe it. I’ve improved massively in this time and have enjoyed every minute. Every session Will brings something new to test my limits whether it be unorthodox push-ups, footwork on a rope ladder or cardio burnouts before heading back to Mitt combinations to test reflexes, concentration and power. If you’re looking for high intensity, ferocity and trips to those dark places other athletes go, Will’s sessions are perfect for you. Not recommended for couch potatoes.
This is my client Eric who after a year of training with me decided to challenge himself to a white collar boxing fight. So 8 weeks of intense preparation has begun.
Boxing can get you in real athletic condition as it is both anaerobic and aerobic training. In Eric’s case he went from 18% to 8% body fat. He became fitter, faster, stronger. Not only that. His stamina, coordination and focus have improved tremendously. Boxing really increases you mental capacity, teaches you to think and concentrate.
8 weeks of hard work and discipline got Eric a win in his white collar fight. It was great to see him building up his confidence, realising his own fists can defend him. When I first started training with Will in November 2017, I never thought I could achieve such a transformation in such a short period of time of 10 months at the timing of this writing. For context, I was 101kg large (169cm height) at 42% body fat - let’s just say I let myself get out of hand. However, I was determined to make a change and Will was the perfect catalyst. Today, I’m much more of a lean athlete at 13% body fat and weighing in at 74kg after three quarters of a year. I can do Olympic lifts, my dead lift is 145kg and my bench/squat are both 100kg.
I moved to London as a sales executive at a public company, and wanted to fit a regime into my busy schedule; what made it convenient was that I had the gym underneath my work place so that I could easily budget the exact time frame every single week in order to train - creating predictability and repeatability. That original discipline from training, specific eating that complemented the training, and learning more about how the body works allowed me to become a much better person overall - physically and mentally.
If you’re looking for a high-performance coach, I wouldn’t just highly recommend Will for your fitness goals, but would flat out just say go train with him. I decided to train with Will because I needed help to lose 15kg for my wedding under 6 months. I can truly say Will really helped me to achieve my goal with training and diet program he created for me. He was very supportive on the daily basics checking in on how I am doing on the days I was training by myself and if I was following the nutrition plan . I went from 95kg to 80kg for my wedding . Happily married and still training with Will, as he is not just a personal trainer now, but also became a good friend.

I was going through a tough divorce and needed something to help me to take my mind of the stress, so I decided to start training. I came to Will to help me to stay focused at the gym and stay on track with my training. To my surprise i did find not only find a great personal trainer , but also a great friend. Doctors gave me all clear to start training, but it had to more specific program. We built back up my core, my upper & lower body strength. I am now back to living a pain free lifestyle and not worrying which position to get out of bed. I advise anyone experiencing similar issues to mine to go and see Will. I have enjoyed every session & continue training with him.

For someone who has hardly any confidence, it was the hardest thing walking into a gym. Not only did I suffer from high blood pressure but I was borderline obese. After 3 months of thinking I knew how to train myself I slowly realised I wasn't achieving any results. I had seen Will train other people and after observing all the PTs in the gym I knew he was the right PT for me.
Will is amazing, not only is he professional but he’s also very knowledgeable and understands what people need in order to achieve the results they want.
