My name is Will , I’m a bSc sport & exercise graduate and a level qualified personal trainer. I have been a personal trainer for 4 years. When I started weight training 10 years ago the aim was not to be a personal trainer, the interest came from my deep passion for sports.

In school I was a 100 meter sprinter with a best time of 11:43, good in boxing and okay in football. I was the skinny but strong kid! Focused on improving my performance on the field, I followed my coach’s advice and started lifting weights to gain size and increase strength. The rest as they say is history.

The gym soon became my passion and competing turned into a strong motivation to train harder, challenge myself and reach my full potential. My mentality is very much to stay dedicated to a goal, when I want something I will see it through to the end. That’s what sports taught me.

My Aim as your personal trainer is to get you fitter,leaner,stronger and also change your mindset about health&fitness for a life time .

I am here to guide and help you find the motivation you need to achieve your goals and make you achieve the unthinkable. My aim as your trainer is to help you make positive changes, keep you challenged.
