Will Duru

I’m a trainer in London and over the past 6 years, I’ve trained more than 100 people helping them achieve their goals. I’ve always had a passion for sports and over the years I’ve practised football, boxing, netball, cross-fit and handball. Driven by my desire to improve my performance, I pursued a degree in Sport & Exercise Science with continued studies in Level 4 personal training. With my scientific knowledge and more than 13 years of personal and professional training experience, I know that everybody is different and depending on your goals the approach to training and nutrition will differ.

Training helped me to improve my focus, my relationship with food, managing stress and periodising my health & wellbeing.

Life can at times be stressful. I’ve personally used training as a release of stress and way to focus my energy. For me doing a 45 minutes intense workout or doing a boxing session is the best way, and I will help you to find the right approach for you.

Having worked with busy business individuals, former pro athletes and specifically women, I learned that every client’s body is different and how I can help them achieve their goals.

Sometimes we can get afraid of being pushed past our limits or trying something new. With Will Power Fitness my training method is to start every client at their own speed without them giving up and then falling into old habits . My Aim as your personal trainer is to get you fitter,leaner,stronger and also change your mindset about health&fitness for a life time .

I am here to guide and help you find the motivation you need to achieve your goals and make you achieve the unthinkable. My aim as your trainer is to help you make positive changes, keep you challenged.
